Blaitière Penthouse
This luxurious penthouse apartment is a modern alpine chalet. Its beautiful interior and spacious lounge with wood-burning stove and sky lights framing the mountains, will make your stay something out of the extra ordinary.

The penthouse is a lovely spacious three-bedroom apartment of 140 m2. It is best suited for a family of six but can sleep seven or a small group of friends. The penthouse is situated on the top floor of the residence Villa Mont Blanc, located in the hart of the Chamonix Valley.
This luxurious apartment with a modern touch is entirely furbished with high quality furniture by the leading Scandinavian gallery, Jacksons design. The penthouse apartment consists of an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and dishwasher. Dining area for eight people. The adjoining living room with two comfortable sofas and two armchairs gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the wood-burning stove after a long day in the mountains. There is a 42inch flat screen tv, dvd and wifi access.
The french windows in the living room gives you direct access to a private balcony with a view over the massif du Mont Blanc, the sunset and the valley.
The penthouse apartment has three bedrooms. One convertible double/twin bedroom with a shared en-suite shower room. One twin bedroom. On the mezzanine level there is a convertible master double/twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. An optional extra single bed can be made in an open area on the mezzanine level.

Blaitière Balcon
With a panoramic view from your balcony of the massif du Mont Blanc, you can see when the cable car to Aguille de Midi and Brevent is open, information that gives you a good start up the mountain or a cosy moment in front of the wood-burning stove.

It was a crisp February morning at Grand Montets. I was skiing for pleasure and Hervé was working as a ski patrol. We ended up in the same chair lift with a mutual friend. We skied a few amazing powder runs together that magical day, and so on...
Hervé is born in Chamonix and the mountains is a part of him. He knows the valley inside out. I grew up in Stockholm, Sweden and the love for modern Scandinavian design and my parents gallery has had a strong influence on my life. With our knowledge, we have given a light and airy Scandinavian touch to a Chamoniard Alpain villa.

Villa Mont Blanc self catered accommodation, each apartment has been carefully organized to offers the correct level of comfort, and convenience that you would expect of you holiday.
The following is included as a standard self catered accommodation unless stated otherwise in pre agreement.
- One set of towels per person

- Personal meet and greet by Amanda or Hervé to provide information on town, ski areas, maps etc
- Access to the Finnish sauna

- Arrivals from 4.30pm departures by 10.30am unless pre agreed.

Service
Villa Mont Blanc with views of Massif du Mont Blanc is ideally located in the quiet area, les Planards. 500 meters form the Planards ski slopes with beginners ski school in the winter and an adventure park in the summer. The famous valle blanches off-piste run has its last turns in the Planardes slope.
From the house it is a very short walk to the city centre of Chamoinx, less then 5 minutes. Where you can find the main train station, all the shops, restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
Opposite the house you have the quaint Montenvers train station, this is the train that takes you up to the Mare de Glace glacier. At the Montenvers, Compagnie du Mont Blanc has their main office where you by the ski/cable pass for the valley.
If you arrive by car there is free parking next to the house. If you arrive by air, the closest airport is Geneva Airport one hour drive away. Transfers can be arranged.

There are many wonderful things to say about the Terrace apartment in Villa Mont Blanc. The apartment matches the photos & is spacious, very clean, well maintained & nicely appointed. The location is close to the town centre, around a 10 minute walk. The owners of this property however are the real highlight with a compete guest focus both in answering the pre arrival questions & importantly being available & helpful during the stay.
